IDN Full Survey Report Published
Today (29 October 2024), we, Inclusion and Diversity in Nuclear, publish our full survey report, sharing the results and findings from the industry wide, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) survey we conducted. We undertook this work to build our own dataset and create our first report on equity, diversity and inclusion. We wanted to move beyond anecdotal information and understand if there are different perceptions and experiences of EDI initiatives in the workplace based on respondent demographics. We also wanted to build a picture of who is working in the industry and gain insight into who is represented. What we found: The report contains all of our findings and includes recommendations.
