In-person venue: The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Virtual venue: online platform details will be shared with relevant ticket holders.

 

  • Timings:  09:30 – 16:450 BST / UK Time. With relaxed post conference networking from 16:45 for in-person attendees.
  • 09:30 – 10:15 – Registration / Optional Networking / exhibition viewing
  • 10:15 – 10:25 – Conference Opening and Welcome
  • 10:25 – 11:20 – Keynote Talk

  • 12:30 – 14:00 – Break, lunch to be served to in-person attendees. Opportunity for exhibition viewing and networking.

Workshop Stream (In-Person)

  • In-Person Workshop Option 1. Topic: Care Happens: Why employers must design for sudden and gradual caring responsibilities. | Charlie Beswick
  • In-Person Workshop Option 2. Topic: Beyond Adjustments: Designing organisations for cognitive difference.  | Dr Stacy Moore.

Note: Workshop spaces are limited, so you may be allocated your second-choice workshop or placed in the talks stream depending on availability.

Talks Stream (In-Person and Online)

  • 15:00 – 15:40 – Panel Session: ‘Network Insights – what’s needed to be inclusive by default’. Panellists include: Terri Hargreaves, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor, Sellafield Ltd.
  • 15:40 – 15:50 – Break
  • 15:50 – 16:30 – Panel Session: ‘Organisational Insights – lessons learned on the journey to being inclusive by default’. Panellists include: Greg Turner-Smart, Head of Culture & Inclusion, Rolls-Royce SMR

Closing Session

  • 16:30 – 16:45 – Conference Wrap Up and Closing Session

In-person tickets will include lunch and refreshments. In-person attendees will be able to specify any dietary and accessibility requirements when completing the registration form.

During registration you will be able to indicate if you prefer to attend the talks stream or the workshop stream during the afternoon session. Please note that workshop places will be capped by workshop capacity limits.  Due to these capacity limits, attendees may be assigned to an alternative workshop or to the talks stream.

Ticket Pricing:

Like other not for profit organisations, we have been impacted by cost of living increases and the current economic climate. Income generated from the conference is used to: pay our conference speakers and workshop facilitators for their services, pay venue costs, pay for live captioning services, pay our conference suppliers.

Financial Inclusion

We are committed to ensuring accessibility and inclusivity, therefore the conference does include some discretionary spaces available to support those who do not have the financial means to attend otherwise. Please email info@idnuclear.com to understand further and how to access this support.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start of the conference will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 13 days or less before the start of the conference will not be refunded.

Substitutions are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the conference. Substitutions must be received via email to info@idnuclear.com .
