As a small, not-for-profit business, we know how important it is to surround our team with knowledgeable experts. We have set up an advisory board comprising specialists, mostly from the nuclear sector, with the experience and expertise to help drive and further the IDN vision.

Nicole Lee 

Consultant, Frazer Nash Consultancy

Nicole is a Consultant in Data Science at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, where she has supported a wide range of nuclear projects in both technical and commercial roles across the nuclear lifecycle.

Nicole is passionate about promoting inclusivity, representation and equity in the workplace, through her roles as Partnerships Lead at Racial Equality in Nuclear and Co- chair of the Race Equity and Allyship employee network at Frazer-Nash. Nicole is a keen advocate for STEM outreach and strategic interventions to develop the next generation of skilled engineers and scientists.


Marcia Ore Assoc CIPD MSc MA

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant, Coach, Mentor at Marcia Ore Consultancy

Marcia has extensive experience and knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion, predominantly in the UK and North America.

Her professional life began as a Police Officer serving in two UK police services from 1982 to 2012, holding EDI-related roles such as Vice-chair of the West Midlands Police Black and Asian Police Association, Chair of the National Black Police Association’s Gender & Sexual Orientation subcommittee, and a member of
the Association of Chief Police Officers Working Party exploring the career progression of women and Black and Ethnic Minority Police Officers and staff, British
Association of Women in Policing and Women Sergeants Police Federation Representative.

Since Marcia’s transition out of policing, she has held paid and voluntary roles across the
public, private and voluntary sectors, including The Prince’s Trust, Catch22, Utilita Energy,
UK Atomic Energy Authority as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Partner and at EMCOR UK as Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. Marcia has taken up a newly created part-time role as Community and Inclusion Lead with the charity Andover Mind while continuing with her freelance consulting and coaching activities.

She is the Co-Founder of Women in the Shade, an organisation focusing on Black women working in uniform services whose vision is ‘Creating an environment where Black women’s talent, unique experiences and perspectives are acknowledged, respected and valued.’ and the UK Chair of Equity & Equality for G100, a global organisation, and on the Board of Trustees of the Independent Provider of Special Education (IPSEA) charity providing legal advice to parents and carers of children with special educational needs and disabilities.


Frank Douglas

Born in Mississippi, Frank spent the major part of his professional and personal life in New York City. However, for the last 20 years he has lived and worked outside the USA (over 17 years in the UK), most recently, as CEO of Caerus Executive.

Caerus Executive works with private equity firms, UK/international companies and professional service firms interested in maximizing the performance of their organizations through effective leadership, diversity, inclusion and transformational HR programmes. In five short years, Frank has grown Caerus to be one of the most respected consulting firms on diversity, inclusion, culture and leadership.

Caerus is the industry leader in providing ‘pure-play’ (they do not sell workshops, training, off-the-self solutions) strategic consulting services to more companies in more industry sectors than any other firm.


Emin Veron

Emin Veron

Emin leads Racial Equality in Nuclear (REiN) which a positive disruptor to the UK nuclear sector.

Through the amplification and building of new relationships across ED&I initiatives across the sector, REiN looks to create an impact that’s greater than the sum of its parts and drive a step-change to inclusion in the sector. Comprised of individuals who work in nuclear, the group fosters a safe community with key focuses on connection, collaboration visibility, and sector transformation.


Terri Hargreaves

Diversity & Inclusion Advisor, Sellafield

Terri has been a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor at Sellafield Ltd. since 2019, having previously worked there as a Health Physics Monitor since 2012. She currently supports a wide range of employee-led support networks and improvement projects working towards evolving Sellafield Ltd. into a more inclusive place to work, including the Reasonable Adjustments Passport

Terri passionate about raising the understanding and acceptance of invisible disabilities, especially neurodiversity as she herself is autistic. She is also keen to identify and tackle the systemic issues faced in the nuclear industry which cause significant barriers to inclusion, such as building and process design and also PPE and equipment provision which often fail to take into account the natural diversity of the end users.


Nicola Summers

Operations Coordinator at Jacobs

Nicola joined Jacobs through acquisition in 2020. She’s worked in laboratories and commercial science for 20 years and has been based on the Birchwood campus since 2013. In 2023, she took on a new role as Operations Coordinator in the Divergent Solutions business unit supporting projects in Nuclear and Infrastructure.

Beyond her day job, Nicola is a passionate advocate for living inclusion. She is an active local leader in several employee networks and supported the formation of the Rainbow Forum through collaboration with LGBTQIA+ communities and I&D working groups across Nuclear.

Through her role in IDN, Nicola hopes to continue driving collaboration and allyship, and provide intersectional representation that was lacking in the early days of her own career.
