Bridget Ward (she/her)
Senior Learning and Organisational Development Specialist at PPP
Bridget Ward is employed by KBR as a Senior Learning and Organisational Development Specialist on the Programme and Project Partners (PPP) contract at the Sellafield nuclear site.
The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) model was mobilised in 2019 with the purpose of transforming major project delivery at the Sellafield nuclear site. The partnership brings together the best of KBR, Jacobs, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Doosan and Sellafield Ltd to deliver a 20-year pipeline of major infrastructure projects to support the decommissioning of Sellafield and to create a clean and safe environment for future generations.
The PPP at Sellafield recently announced their commitment to undertake the Investors in Diversity (IiD) accreditation from the National Centre for Diversity (NCD). The partnership is the first in the nuclear sector to pursue the diversity award and hopes to set a precedent for many others to follow.

Claire Gribben is employed by Jacobs as the Talent Development Manager on the Programme and Project Partners (PPP) contract at the Sellafield nuclear site.

Melissa is the TogetherBeyond Director for Jacobs Europe. She started her career as an employment lawyer, advising FTSE 100 organisations on employment and discrimination matters. She is an inclusion and Diversity thought leader, with more than 15 years experience leading award winning Inclusion and Diversity activity across large organisations in the finance, retail and professional services/engineering sectors.

Mita Mallick (she/her)
Head of Inclusion, Equity and Impact at Carta
Mita Mallick is a corporate change-maker with a track record of transforming businesses. She gives innovative ideas a voice and serves customers and communities with purpose. She is currently the Head of Inclusion, Equity and Impact at Carta. She was formerly the Head of Inclusion and Cross Cultural Marketing at Unilever. She has had an extensive career as a marketer in the beauty and consumer product goods space. Mallick is a LinkedIn Top Voice, a contributor for Entrepreneur and Harvard Business Review, and her writing has been published in Adweek, Fast Company and Business Insider.
She is also the cohost of the recently launched The Brown Table Talk Podcast, part of the LinkedIn Podcast Network. On the Brown Table Talk, Mita and Dee Marshall share stories and tips on how to help Women of Color win at work, and advice for allies on how they can show up.
