The YGN is the Early Careers branch of the Nuclear Institute (NI), the professional membership body and Learned Society for the nuclear sector. All NI members aged 37 or under are automatically part of the Young Generation Network.

Through technical events, site visits, workshops, and networking opportunities, the YGN helps members build both their expertise and professional skills.
