Odis Palmer is a rail industry professional with over 13 years’ experience spanning frontline operations, learning and development, organisational development and national transformation programmes. He has worked across Great Western Railway (GWR), the Great British Railways Transition Team (GBRTT) and DFTO Ltd, supporting culture, engagement and inclusion strategy during a period of significant change across the rail sector.
Odis specialises in translating strategic intent into practical delivery within complex operational environments, with expertise in organisational culture, workforce engagement, behavioural change and inclusion. He has contributed to system-level work linked to rail integration, organisational maturity and workforce experience.
Alongside his professional roles, Odis is Co-Chair of Rail Unites for Inclusion, a Non-Executive Director for Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire Community Rail Partnership, a member of the Youth Futures Foundation Employer Advisory Board, and founding member of the Rail Youth Promise.
