Through her workshops, Stacy translates psychological research into practical strategies, equipping leaders and teams with the skills to support neurodivergence, strengthen communication, and enhance performance in complex, safety-critical environments.

At the conference Dr Stacy will deliver the workshop: Supporting Neurodivergence in the Workplace.

Workshop overview: This psychologist-led workshop explores how organisations in the nuclear industry can effectively support neurodivergent employees.

Grounded in psychology and neurodiversity research, the session provides participants with a practical understanding of common neurodivergent profiles and how these may interact with the unique demands of nuclear work—such as strict procedures, regulatory compliance, high cognitive load, and safety culture.

The workshop combines evidence-based insight with practical strategies, enabling leaders, managers, and technical professionals to create psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
