The Industry Partnership Scheme
Every industry is on a journey to improve inclusion and diversity, and the nuclear sector is no exception. There’s a wealth of expertise to draw from, and we believe that meaningful progress comes through collaboration.
As an independent not-for-profit, we’ve learned that our impact is amplified when we work together with the wider industry. That’s why we created the IDN Industry Partnership Scheme.
Launched in 2021, the scheme has enabled us to support over a dozen partners with tailored Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) services. These include:
- Bespoke EDI consultancy
- Access to annual partner roundtables
- Exclusive resources and events
We rely on the support of like-minded organisations to continue this work, and to build a more inclusive future for the nuclear sector.
