Introducing Helen
Helen has over 10 years of experience in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), working in secondary and higher education. As a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor at Liverpool John Moores University, she leads race equality and disability inclusion projects. Helen completed a Masters in Gender Studies in 2020, researching the intersections of masculinity, race, gender and class in educational progression.
Introducing Leyla
With over 18 years of experience developing and implementing EDI strategies, Leyla has worked extensively with senior leadership teams across private and public sectors. The founder and CEO of Diverse Minds UK Ltd, she stands as a powerful force for change in the fields of diversity, inclusion, and equity. Recognised as one of the key leaders in this space, Leyla has been featured on the prestigious Diversity Power List 2023/2024. Leyla‘s work and innovative approach are reshaping the landscape of inclusive workplaces and mental health practices. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of topics, including mental health, race equity, and intersectionality.
