IDN Welcomes 3D 360 as a sponsor of the Pay Gap Conference

Inclusion and Diversity in Nuclear (IDN) is delighted to welcome 3D 360 as one of our sponsors for the 2026 Pay Gap Conference.

In May 2025 we released our latest IDN research report: “Key Findings: The UK Nuclear Industry Gender Pay Gap 2017 – 2025”. The conference forms part of our response to these findings, providing a collaborative space to explore gender, ethnicity and disability pay gaps, the EU Pay Transparency Directive – What it means for the UK, alongside exploration of practical strategies for businesses to address these matters.

3D 360 Managing Director Paul Bullock said: “Fair, transparent pay is fundamental to attracting and keeping the talent the nuclear sector needs. We are proud to sponsor IDN’s Pay Gap Conference and to support practical action that builds trust, strengthens inclusion and drives better outcomes for everyone.”

IDN Managing Director Monica Mwanje said: “3D 360’s sponsorship will enable us to deliver a meaningful, inaugural pay gap conference; providing a practical foundation for crucial conversations to advance equity and inclusion across nuclear and beyond.”

The Pay Gap Conference will be held on Thursday 12 February 2026 in Manchester, UK and online. The agenda and tickets are available here: https://www.tickettailor.com/events/diversityandinclusioninuknuclear/1689626 . Booking is recommended, as places are limited.
