IDN Welcomes Thomas Thor as an Industry Partner for 2026

Inclusion and Diversity in Nuclear (IDN) is delighted to welcome back Thomas Thor as one of our industry partners for 2026.

Earlier this year, IDN issued a call to the nuclear industry for support to help us continue driving meaningful change. Thomas Thor was among the organisations that responded positively, reaffirming their commitment to fostering inclusion and diversity across the sector.

Thomas Thor founder Callum Thomas said: “Inclusion is a core value for my colleagues and I at Thomas Thor. We always look for impactful ways to invest in initiatives that make a meaningful difference to the nuclear sector , and the work Monica and IDN do is instrumental.’’

IDN Managing Director Monica Mwanje said: “It is great to welcome back Thomas Thor, and we look forward to leveraging this support in our goal towards a truly inclusive nuclear industry.”

As an industry partner, Thomas Thor’s backing will enable IDN to continue delivering impactful initiatives such as our internship programme that provides valuable work experience, supporting participants to gain employment and build careers.

It will also enable IDN to build on our recent work, including our 2025 UK Nuclear Industry Gender Pay Gap Key Findings Report, which provided critical insights and recommendations to help organisations address pay disparities and improve equity across the sector.
