The all-day hybrid event enabled participants to join virtually or in-person at The Edwardian Manchester.
The theme for IDN25 was: Creating the Inclusive Workplace: Turning Intention into Action
The conference began with a keynote talk from Suzy Levy, a leading inclusion expert, followed by a panel of industry leaders on how we can move from intent to action.
The afternoon offered delegates a split between a Talks Stream, enabling participants to enjoy a talk from Lee Chambers on Allyship in Action, and a second moderated panel discussion from experts across industry.
Running concurrently with the Talks Stream was the Workshop Stream which, as in previous years, operate as interactive small groups on niche topics focused around our conference theme.
We are running a hybrid Pay Gap Conference in September 2025.

During this time, she also won the NI YGN Central England Branch speaking competition talking about the definitions of “equity” “diversity” and “inclusion” and why there needed to be focus on improving creating an inclusive work environment for disabled and/or neurodivergent colleagues.
