August 2023

Inclusion and Diversity in Nuclear (IDN) is delighted to announce Urenco is continuing as one of our industry partners for 2023.

IDN has grown exponentially over the last four years. We aim to keep that momentum going for this year and beyond, and we are grateful for Urenco’s ongoing support.

Ian Deninson, Chief People and Culture Officer at Urenco, said: “We are committed to creating a great place to work at Urenco that is inclusive, diverse and allows everyone to be themselves and access the personal opportunities for growth in our critically important sector. With the increasing demands of a changing industry landscape today it is more important than ever that we play a proactive and supportive role that reaches far beyond our own office buildings or enrichment sites.

“This is why we are proud to continue our support of Inclusion and Diversity in Nuclear and the positive contribution they make to people’s working lives.”

IDN co-founder Monica Mwanje said: “Urenco’s continued support as an Industry Partner allows us to promote inclusion and equity in the nuclear industry in the UK as well as internationally. We are looking forward to further strengthening our partnership over the coming 12 months.”
