Denise Myers is a recruitment expert who has made it her mission to
uncover, remove and tackle bias in the recruitment process by
working with individuals and businesses through coaching,
workshops, and consultancy.
With over 20 years of experience recruiting for some of the world’s
largest corporations, she uses her expertise – and lived experience –
to connect them with communities, creating inclusive solutions for
everyone.
Founder and CEO of Evenfields Careers and Evenfields Community
CIC, Denise recognises the richness of Black talent around us. In her
quest to celebrate and catapult it as much as possible, she founded
the Black Talent Awards, which held its inaugural ceremony in 2022.

Frank Douglas is CEO of Caerus Executive, which works with private
equity firms, UK/international companies and professional service
firms interested in maximizing the performance of their
organisations through effective leadership, diversity, inclusion and
transformational HR programmes. In five short years, Frank has
grown Caerus to be one of the most respected consulting firms on
diversity, inclusion, culture and leadership. Most recently, Frank
was honored by HR Magazine for being one of the top 10 ‘Thought
Leaders’ in the UK, and In 2021, Frank was awarded the status of
‘Chartered Companion’ by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development/CIPD.

Rosa Breen helps talented neurodivergent candidates mine their
hidden assets to find meaningful work that plays to their strengths.
With a background in international corporate recruitment, and a
lived experience of ADHD/Dyslexia, Rosa currently runs a career
coaching practice. She understands the stigma and challenges
faced by neuro-minorities. Passionate about inclusive, innovative,
and progressive recruitment practices she uses a holistic, person centred, and strength-based approach in her consultancy and
coaching practice and is a catalyst for positive change in this field.
